This tree frog was born at the beginning of 2020. I made it using exclusively dry felting tecniques (needle-felting. For more info https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felt#Manufacturing_methods).
I wanted to challenge myself and see how I could achieve a more interesting and vibrant result by layering colours.
I was very proud to see it published at the beginning of 2021 in a Dutch fiber art magazine!

The felted painting will be delivered mounted on a MDF board with an adhesive velcro strip, ready to be hung on your wall!
All of my felted work is treated with essential oils in order to prevent moths from laying eggs on it.
