Would you like to have a portrait of yourself, your baby, a beloved friend or family member? Are you looking for a unique present for a special person? Giving a portrait is a way to make important people in your life (including yourself!) feel truly special.

The technique I use is dry pastel on Pastemat, which is a type of durable coated cardbord especially developed for pastel techniques. All of the pigments I use are light-fast, which means they will not lose their vibrance in time, when exposed to light.

How does the Portrait Service work?
All you have to do is select the size of the portrait (16×24, 40×30 or 24×30 cm) and place your order. I will contact you in the shortest time, so that we can work out the details and any special requests you might have.
Generally, I would need a good picture with some light/dark contrast.
It also possible for me to paint from life, if you are willing to spend 2 hours in my atelier in Landsmeer (see contact for address details).
The portrait will be ready for shipping within 1 week from receiving the reference picture or posing. Shipping abroad is possible.
Last but not least, if you are not satisfied with the result you will get a FULL REFUND (within 48 hours after delivery, excl. shipping costs)!
